Haiti Untold

Audio stories from Haiti in Creole, French and English: a day in the life of a handicapped Port-a-Prince resident; a field trip with a plastic bottle recycler; insights into Haiti's booming urbanization; trailing a trafficked child to the Dominican Republic and more.

Haiti Untold was an international reporting project on inequality in Haiti, led by Round Earth Media and funded by the Kellogg Foundation. As part of the project, Studio Canek recruited Haiti radio journalists to produce a seven part podcast-radio series in French and Haitian Creole. Topics included human trafficking, urbanization and accessibility in Port-au-Prince.

Studio Canek founder Conrad Fox also hosted and contributed reports to a one hour audio documentary which aired on Public Radio in the US and as a podcast.
